Southern Queensland Velocette owners, friends and family gathered on Sunday 14th August in glorious weather at Nudgee Beach for another BBQ meeting.
Three of the Velocettes were recent 500cc rebuilds / projects each with its own character and story to tell. With two other attendees busy with fixing / building 500's there was lots to discuss and experience to transfer.
This is the season for rallies and riding holidays in SE Queensland many Velocette owners were committed elsewhere, they were missed and but they also missed a really enjoyable gathering. The BBQ was organised by Jacky and
Craig Mayers (thanks again for their unstinting support and catering).
